I’ve had many prospective clients ask how the design process works, without ever meeting face-to-face. That’s a very valid question, for certain!
Listed below are the steps…
1.) For this example, let’s say we need to create a logo for you. First, I collect your ideas via a phone conversation. I like to cover all sorts of topics, from colors you have an affinity for, to favorite hobbies. I like to get a “feel” for the client with a rich conversational experience.
2.) I begin sketching ideas in my notebook. When I’ve got a few solid ideas on paper, I then move to the computer and render three full-color comps in Adobe Illustrator.
3.) When I’ve completed the comps, I email them to you for your review.
4.) Finally, you chose a design. We’ll fine tune the design until you’re satisfied with your logo.
I know that I’ve oversimplified this process, but this about summarizes the whole enchilada. Got a project? Question? Idea? I’m always open to new assignments, collaborations, and discussions. Shoot me an email and let’s begin the conversation. Thanks in advance!
